Preview Disclaimer

Read this once and the rest of the legal pack follows naturally: TapToCast is a portfolio / preview build of a product. It is not a live casting service. Nothing on it is real.

1. What this site is

TapToCast is a non-commercial, work-in-progress demonstration of casting software. It shows what such a product could look like — interaction design, page structure, content models, security posture. It is provided for evaluation and feedback purposes only.

2. What this site is not

  • Not a casting agency, talent agency, talent manager, or employer.
  • Not a registered advance-fee talent service in any jurisdiction.
  • Not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated under licence from any production company, studio, network, streamer, union, or guild — including SAG-AFTRA, AEA, the DGA, the WGA, or any of the studios whose names may appear in sample text.
  • Not a place where real submissions are reviewed, where real auditions are scheduled, where real money changes hands, or where real careers are made or broken.

3. About the content you see

  • All breakdowns, role descriptions, dates, locations, and rates are invented for demonstration.
  • All talent profiles — names, photos, reels, statistics, ratings — are sample data. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental or deliberately illustrative; if you recognise yourself and want a profile removed, write to [email protected].
  • Activity feeds, "live" indicators, and counters are cosmetic.
  • Match scores are produced by a small deterministic heuristic, not a model. See the AI Use Policy.

4. No advice, no representation

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, immigration, union, employment, or career advice. Decisions about real auditions, contracts, or representation should be made with a qualified advisor (an agent, an entertainment lawyer, your union, etc.).

5. As-is, no warranties

See Terms of Service §§ 9–10. The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties and the maximum aggregate liability is US $100. By using the Service you accept these limits.

6. Trademarks

"TapToCast" and the TapToCast mark are unregistered trademarks claimed by the operator. Other names and marks appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used nominatively or illustratively only.

In plain English. TapToCast is a casting marketplace that helps talent, reps, casting teams, production teams, and producers connect around roles and submissions. We are not a talent agency, manager, employer, or union; we do not negotiate contracts, set rates, or guarantee work. Hiring decisions belong to the production.
