1. COPPA
The Service is not directed to children under 13 within the meaning of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us (notwithstanding that we collect no PII generally), contact [email protected] and we will confirm and delete any such information.
2. Teens under 18
Persons aged 13–17 should not use the Service without a parent or legal guardian. Where sample content depicts a minor role, the corresponding profile is sample only and not a real person; any future real use of such profiles would require:
- Verified guardian consent and representation, with the guardian agreeing to the Terms of Service on the minor's behalf.
- A valid Entertainment Work Permit for the minor in the jurisdiction of work (e.g. California Labor Code §§ 1308.5 / 1392; New York "child performer permit"; equivalent in other states and countries).
- A Coogan / blocked trust account where required (CA, NY, LA, NM, IL).
- Compliance with on-set studio teacher, hour limits, and welfare worker requirements.
3. Imagery and audition material
- No nude or sexualised content of minors will ever be solicited or accepted. Such content is unlawful and is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
- Casting material for minor roles must be age-appropriate. Intimacy work involving minors is not permitted on this platform under any circumstance.
